It is on-line the website of the XX Pan-American Child Congress

The site of the XX the Pan-American Child Congress (www.xxcongresopanamericano.org) is available in the four official languages  of the OAS (Spanish, French, Portuguese and English) and includes all the information regarding the event, that  will be held in  the city of Lima, Peru, from 22 to 25 September of this year.

The four central themes for the XX Pan American Child Congress are:
- Commemoration of the 82nd Anniversary of the foundation of the IIN, the 60th Anniversary of its integration as Specialized Organization of the Organization of American States (OAS) and the XX Anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
- Public policies strategies in comprehensive protection systems, including local systems.
- The participation of children and adolescents in citizenship building and the impact in public policies.
- Development of international, regional and bilateral cooperation in public policies.

The executive summary for each theme is available on the website and also the Draft Schedule, in which all the activities of the XX Congress are detailed as well as other official documents.

The website also contains full information on the First Pan-American Children Forum, that is part of XX the Pan-American Congress and that will be held from 21 to 25 September.

Also, the site has information and documents of previous Congresses, information about Peru, the host country and a section of frequent questions that can be very useful for the participants, and a space to contact the IIN for doubts, consultations or suggestions.
